The Initial Phase
- Liaise and co ordinate with clients and architects or designers to provide plans to suit both lifestyle and budget.
- Oversee the initial phase of the project by dealing with Local Authorities, NHBRC amongst others.
- Assist with negotiating and appointment of contractors.
Assist with specifications and selection of finishes.
The Construction Phase
- Overall management to ensure the home is built in accordance with the plans and specifications, NHBRC and Local Authority regulations.
The Completion Phase
- Ensure the home is completed to an acceptable standard
- Arrange for the issue of compliance certificates and warranties.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS AND VALUATIONS
- We will provide the expertise to inspect and evaluate the integrity of properties and provide reports and valuations
- Inspection and preparation of handover lists for for new and existing properties
